TECHNOLOGY RECIPIENT: Fanuc Polska (www) ANUC Polska is a company operating in the field of industrial automation. It offers a wide range of technological solutions that support robotics, production automation, intralogistics, and software supporting these areas. The company focuses on improving efficiency, product quality, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production costs through advanced monitoring and data analysis technologies.

As part of the Accelerator recruitment process, the company is seeking solutions that address two challenges.

Challenge 1: Expanding the robot-based environment and the FANUC FIELD platform with an Industrial IoT and Edge AI layer, providing advanced, integrated operational and energy analytics.
Expected functionalities include:

• Consolidation of operational, energy, and environmental data from robots, machines, infrastructure, and IoT sensors.
• Automatic detection of anomalies in device operation using Edge AI.
• Automatic root cause analysis (RCA) based on correlation and event sequences.
• Identifying relationships between production events and energy consumption.
• Supporting the optimization of machinery and building systems (utilities, HVAC, energy).

Challenge 2: Solutions enabling natural, two-way voice communication with FIELD data, transforming dashboards into active decision-making assistants.

Expected Voice AI capabilities:

• Interpretation of streaming IoT data (status, alarms, energy, vibration).
• Trend analysis, risk assessment, and real-time event prediction.
• Generation of understandable messages tailored to the user’s role.
• Reliable operation in an industrial environment (noise, motion, hands-free).
• Targeted local integration with FIELD in an edge computing model.
