Mining and Metallurgical Plant “Bolesław” S.A. (https://www.zghboleslaw.pl/pl/)
The Mining and Metallurgical Plant “Bolesław” S.A. Capital Group is the only zinc producer in Central Europe. The ZGH “Bolesław” Group’s primary production is approximately 165,000 tons of zinc, representing approximately 7% of the European market. In addition to zinc, the Group produces metallic lead, metallic cadmium, sulfuric acid, Doré metal (silver), and dolomite aggregates. The most important aspect in the context of the Mining and Metallurgical Plant “Bolesław” Capital Group’s competition with other producers is the fact that its competitors’ zinc is derived entirely from classic electrolysis processes, and the ZGH Capital Group utilizes two unique technologies in which zinc production is primarily based on the use of recycled raw materials.
