On the industrial path, we seek startups with solutions that meet the needs of our Partners. In each acceleration round, at least three of them will participate. The goal of the acceleration is to implement the startup’s solution in the Partner’s organization, funded by a grant from the accelerator.
Course of the program:
Scalab is a project run by Edulab. We are an accelerator and seed fund supporting startups in their early stages of development for almost 10 years. Initially, we specialized in edtech, but over time, Edulab expanded its collaboration with startups from other sectors, resulting in the creation of Scalab.
We have already analyzed more than 1000 business ideas.
320 startups participated in our accelerator.
We conducted 21 rounds of acceleration.
We have invested more than 30 million PLN.
We have more than 20 companies in our portfolio.
n 2018, we joined the Euvic capital group. This has expanded the scope of our activities to new sectors and markets. The Euvic business and networking ecosystem consists of tech companies operating in the world’s largest markets, including the USA, UAE, and EU, as well as in Ukraine.
Our distinguishing feature is our ability to combine innovation with big business, whether with international corporations or local medium and large enterprises. We implement innovations daily, collaborate with foreign partners, and execute the M&A policies of our capital group.
Round I: Applications were open from September 24, 2024 to October 12, 2024
Edulab, a limited liability company, has received a grant from the European Union to implement the project “SKALAB – Support for Startups in Implementing Solutions for Technology Recipients, “Poland Prize” and “Go Global” Acceleration.”
The project aims to support innovative enterprises by providing them with comprehensive acceleration and post-acceleration support from May 2024 to December 2026. The project’s target group is early-stage companies (startups). The support received from the European Union will be used to cover the salaries of Accelerator employees, project promotion costs, and to support startup acceleration processes in the form of de minimis aid. The project will result in the implementation of acceleration processes by at least 42 startups.
